1. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access and use the CreatorMeld marketplace, directory search, and escrow workflows, you agree to:
- Be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent.
- Provide accurate account registration details (email, phone number, role) and complete your profile honestly.
- For creators: Connect valid social media accounts. Fake or bought followers will result in permanent suspension of your Trust Score™ and profile visibility.
2. Escrow Protection & Payments
CreatorMeld operates an automated escrow clearing mechanism to enforce contract milestones:
- Budget Lock: When a brand signs a deal, they lock the agreed campaign budget in the CreatorMeld Escrow Vault. Work must not commence until the vault confirms status "Funded".
- TDS and Tax Compliance: In accordance with Indian tax regulations, CreatorMeld deducts TDS under Section 194C (usually 1% or 2%) and reports GST (18%) on agency fees.
- Budget Release: Once the brand approves the final deliverables inside our interactive reviewer platform, the escrow system clears the funds to the creator's payout bank account within 24-48 business hours.
3. Campaign Content Deliverables & Revisions
To maintain transparency, both parties must utilize our collaboration board:
- Creators must upload work drafts directly to the platform for review.
- Brands have a standard review period (default 5 days) to leave timestamped feedback or mark issues as resolved.
- Unless a custom term is agreed in the termsheet, a brand campaign includes a maximum of 2 revision rounds. Additional iterations beyond this must be compensated by raising the escrow budget.
4. Disagreements & Dispute Resolution
In the event that a campaign deliverable is not completed, or a brand rejects the uploaded files:
- Both parties agree to enter a 7-day mutual negotiation period facilitated by a CreatorMeld mediator.
- If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be reviewed by our compliance committee based on the original timeline scope and contract clauses. The decision of our audit team regarding full, partial, or split escrow release is final.
