2. How We Use Your Data
We utilize the collected information for the following business purposes:
- To construct and display your public creator profile and Trust Score™ on the marketplace directory.
- To manage your sponsorships, deal negotiation milestones, and workflow contracts.
- To securely execute RBI-compliant escrow transactions between brands and content creators.
- To send you transactional SMS, WhatsApp, and email alerts about incoming brand sponsorships or payouts.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal details with third-party advertising companies. Your data is only shared with:
- RBI-Licensed Escrow Partners: Bank-audited institutions to hold and release campaign budgets securely.
- Brands & Agency Users: Your public profile, followers count, location, and validated metrics are searchable by brands looking to book campaigns.
- Legal Authorities: To comply with Indian taxation requirements (GST reporting, TDS filing under Section 194C).
4. Your Data Control Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) of India, you retain complete rights over your information:
- Access & Correction: Update your profile photo, phone number, and connected channels anytime through your Account Settings page.
- Withdraw Consent: You can disconnect your social media channels or Google OAuth at any point.
- Data Erasure: To request complete deletion of your CreatorMeld account and associated files, email us at support@creatormeld.com. We will complete your request within 7 business days, excluding records required for audit/tax compliance.
